It's great to have you out here. We've got major phone-banking going on in the peninsula all weekend and on M and T. In the east bay the most work is needed in Dublin and Pleasanton (Alameda County) and Danville and San Ramon (Contra Costa County). They're hanging door hangers with info on polling places, reminding people to vote, etc. They can definitely use volunteers - just call the Pleasanton Democratic HQ at 925-469-9500 (ask to speak with Dana). If you're interested in working in Berkeley - just call the Obama for America campaign office at 510-962-5608. They are holding a mega phone bank at the downtown convention center (10001 Broadway?) and certainly need volunteers.
